MH Travel Agency organizes transfers from Montenegro to the cities in the region up to 500 km in one direction the whole year long. Transfers last 6 to 10 hours depending on the distance and waiting time at the border crossing. The number of passengers is not limited and can be from one single traveler up to big groups. All transfers are private and the itineraries are prepared for each transfer separately. Our agency has a lot of experience with this service and we will always use the safest route regardless of its length. Transfers on-demand connect travelers from Montenegro to the most wanted locations in the region like Split in Croatia, Sarajevo in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Saranda (Sarandë) in Albania, Ohrid in North Macedonia, and Priština (Prishtina or Prishtinë) in Kosovo.

CHOOSE THE TRANSFER ROUTE 

The chosen route means that you can start from any place or city in Montenegro. The arrivals are in the next cities:

 

SPLIT (CROATIA)

Split is the center of Dalmatia and the ferry port to the popular islands Hvar, Brač, and Šolta. The transfer route goes via the cities of Dubrovnik, Makarska, and Omiš. 

 

SARAJEVO (BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA)

Sarajevo is the capital and it is very close to the popular ski centers on the mountains Bjelašnica, Jahorina, and Igman. The transfer route goes via the cities of Mostar, Jablanica, and Konjic. 

 

SARANDA (ALBANIA)

Saranda is the southernmost city on the Albanian Riviera close to the Butrint National Park and has the ferry port to Corfu (Greece). The transfer route goes via cities Durres (Durrës), Kavaja (Kavajë), and Vlora (Vlorë).

 

OHRID (NORTH MACEDONIA)

Ohrid (Охрид) is a UNESCO World heritage and lies on Lake Ohrid the biggest lake in North Macedonia. The transfer route goes via Albania and the cities of Skodra (Shkodër), Tirana (Tiranë), and Elbasan.

 

PRISTINA (KOSOVO)

Pristina (Prishtina or Prishtinë) is the capital and it is very close to Skopje, the capital of North Macedonia. The transfer route goes via Albania and the cities of Skodra (Shkodër), Lesha (Lezhë District), and Prizren in Kosovo.

 

STEP 1: You can choose the cities on our list or someplace or city that we will pass on our route. If your chosen destination is closer than the final one you don't need to book the whole route. You can book the transfer only to the place that you want to stay but that city or place has to be on our transfer route.

 

CHOOSE THE VEHICLE

Chosen vehicles can be standard or VIP class:

CARS up to 4 passengers 

MINIVANS up to 8 passengers

MINIBUSES up to 35 passengers

BUSES up to 55 passengers

DOUBLE BUSES up to 75 passengers.

 

STEP 2: When you choose the vehicle be aware that the baby seat is obligatory for kids less than 4 years. Each passenger has to have their own seat including infants and kids.

 

CHOOSE CONDITIONS

All the vehicles are air-conditioned.

 

WI-FI

Some vehicles have Wi-Fi routers (especially minibusses and buses) but after we pass the border and enter the roaming zone, Montenegrin mobile providers will charge internet service very expensive. If you have to work or have to be connected online while you will travel, try to find the best roaming service from operators from your country or other international providers. There is no roaming among Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Kosovo, and Albania, but your sim card should be from a mobile operator from one of those countries.

 

NUMBER OF DRIVERS

For cars and minivans, the number of drivers is one. For minibusses, buses, and double buses the obligatory number of drivers is two, as well as one escort staff from the MH Travel Agency.

 

LUGGAGE

Passengers can bring up to two pieces of luggage per person free of charge, one is the bigger suitcase or backpack and another is the small suitcase or hand luggage. The weight of the bigger suitcase should be no more than 25 kg. You can also take a piece of small hand luggage on board with you and it must either fit on your lap or under the seat in front of you.

STEP 3: The amount of luggage is very important especially when you want to book small vehicles such as cars, and minivans. If passengers have a lot of luggage, they should book a bigger vehicle or ask for the luggage trailer if it is possible.

 

CHOOSE THE ITINERARY

Departure time cannot be at night hours. Driving overnight is not acceptable in MH Travel Agency. The transfer should start and finish during the daytime.

 

MEETING AND FINISHING PLACE

Private transfers always start and finish at the guest's accommodation address. If the vehicle cannot come (because of its size) in front of the guest's accommodation it will be parked at the closest possible location.

 

LUNCH BREAK

On every 3 hours of ride, we should make 15 minutes of break. After 5 hours of ride, we should make a lunch break. Lunch is not obligatory but if guests want to have a lunch break they can put it in the itinerary. 

 

STEP 4: We need to be informed If any of the passengers have certain needs like changing and feeding the baby, taking medicine therapy, nausea problems, etc.  Any request which will extend the transfer is important to be mentioned in the itinerary.

 

 

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

After that, we will calculate the final price.

Our booking is very flexible and is based on a voucher payment model. One voucher of 100 euros is a security deposit for the transfer costs of appx 300 euros.
Two vouchers are security deposits for the transfer costs of appx 600 euros, etc.

The voucher is valid up to the 1st of December 2025 and is not refundable after the expiration of the valid period. After that date, we will put on sale new vouchers which will last another 2 years.

The cut-off time for confirmation of reservation is 7 days before departure. When the guests confirm the date of departure they need to pay the rest of the amount. Guests will pay the difference in the price after the voucher's amount is deducted from the full amount of the transfer. In case of the impossibility of departure, the guest can give the voucher to another person who is interested to take the transfer, but they need to inform us about that transaction.

 

 

VISA AND RESIDENCE (TOURIST) TAX

Visitors of Montenegro holding a passport of any kind other than a Montenegrin one are subject to a daily tourist tax. The price of the tax varies depending on the municipality and goes from EUR 1 to EUR 1.50 per day per person. The city-tourist tax should be charged and provided by the hotel, a hostel, or any other accommodation you are registered at. Travel documents will be checked by border police upon leaving the country and if the tax is not paid you can be charged up to EUR 70 a penalty fine.
In case of this problem, we can delay our itinerary up to 30 minutes and wait for you at the border car park. In case you are not able to continue the trip due to this issue the transfer value is not refundable.

NOTE: Schengen Visa is not required for Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, North Macedonia, and Kosovo. A Schengen Visa is required for Croatia.
