Is it possible to book transfers, tours and activites on-line?

No, beacuse to realize a transfer, tour or activity,  minimal guest number per group term must be fulfilled, as well as satisfactory weather conditions.

How to book transfers, tours and activities?

They are booked on the info-desk table of our acommodation facilities or through Montenegro Hostel Travel Agency.

How are the groups for transfers, tours and activities organized?

Groups are organized based on personal selection of guests interested in tours, who will receive a brochure containing full transfer, tour and activity offer upon arrival, and  decide by themselves whether they want to book.

In case there is adequate number of guests interested for given transfer, tour or activity, tourist agency which manages such services in collaboration with Montenegro Hostel will be notified.

If agency confirms on terms required for travel, such as departure time or day, prices for defined transfers, tours and activites specified on our website will be charged, thus concluding the booking.

Is one group made from  the guests only from Kotor and only from  Budva , or are the groups made from guests from both accommodational facilites?

In case of transfers, transfer groups are made by merging groups of guests from Kotor and Budva.

In case of tours and activities in national park Durmitor, as well as rafting on river Tara, tour groups are also made by merging the groups of guests from Kotor and Budva.

In case of hiking tours, there are only separated groups, specially for hiking in Kotor, as well as specially for hiking in Budva.

Are the offer and price of transfers, tours and activities for Montenegro Hostel guests favoreable, in relation to prices of other agencies?

Special offers based on requests and needs of our guests, were created by all tourist agencies. They are unique, regarding the offer of all other agencies in Montenegro. Prices of all transfers, tours and activities are very reasonable and fully adapted to requests of low-budget visitors.

Does Montenegro Hostel assume liability of insurance of guests on transfers, tours and activities?

No. Liability of insurance of guests and travellers that participate in transfers, tours and activities is assumed by tourist agency which organizes a transfer, tour or activity.

Can transfers, tours and activities be booked by the guests that do not reside in accommodational facilites of Montenegro Hostel?

All prices of transfers, tours and activities are exclusively meant for guests of Montenegro Hostel who have priority at booking. In case the guests are situated outside of the Montenegro Hostel capacities, and they still wish to enjoy  our transfers, tours or activities offer, prices will be charged 20% extra.

In this case, booking is exclusively performed through Montenegro Hostel Travel Agency.
