Boka Bay Tours starts from Budva (picking up the guests next to the Old Town Budva) and continues to Kotor. We will pick up the guests in front of the main gate of the Old Town Kotor. It’s very important to accent that during this excursion we will always follow the sunny side of the bay, so we can guarantee excellent shots for photo lovers. From Kotor we go to Perast, a spectacularly beautiful city in the very heart of Boka Bay. We use the main highway and pass the famous settlements of Dobrota, St. Stasije, Ljuta and Orahovac (where the biggest beach in Kotor Bay is situated).
Start from Budva at 08:00...... Guests pick-up in Kotor at 08:30
Just one kilometer separates Orahovac from Perast, and that very kilometer of the highway is specific because of the extraordinary view on Kotor Bay, and the line of often blossomed cactuses that grow by the right side of the road.We enter Perast that you can walk from one to another side in 15 minutes. That’s exactly what we are going to do.We will park the car and explore this unique picturesquely town, the former capital of Boka. (Read more about Perast HERE)
Arrival in Perast at 08:45..... Visiting Perast sightseeing + museum 1 hour and 15 minutes
Perast has an amazing and interesting history, in which among great sea battles and triumphs of Perast navy, there is a couple of equally great love stories that have affected the history of the town for hundreds of years. As one should see and feel every house or alley in Perast, one should also hear some of very famous love legends of this town.
We will tell you those stories and let you feel on the right way this unique place with two jewel islets with churches on it (the island of St George and the island of Lady of the Rocks).
Tourist boats are running all the time, so we heartily recommend you to get in one of the boats and visit Lady of the Rocks and hear its legends. We also recommend you to visit Maritime Museum (on your way back) that is positioned just a few meters from a boat dock.We will have enough time to visit and see the very best of Perast.
After Perast, we are heading to Risan, a town part of Boka Bay called the Bay of Risan (our second stop in Risan Bay). This place is very famous for its rich archeological findings dating from Illyrian times and Queen Teuta, and also well preserved Roman mosaics form 4th century BC, that we will visit.
(Read more about Risan HERE)
Arrival in Risan at 10:10.....Visiting Roman mosaics+ breakfast/coffee break 50 minutes
Walking through a small city park you will see two orthodox churches standing side by side in a complete harmony of space. The smaller one is older and dates from 1601, but sits on the ruins of a medieval church. The large one, dedicated to Sints Peter and Paul, was built in 1796 in a restrained baroque style.
From Risan we drive to Lipci, not often visited but an incredibly attractive place. There you will be able to see pre-historical cave drawings on the unapproachable rock. To reach this place, we will go through a small forest, characterized by its numerous wild pomegranates, wild grapes, laurels and fig trees. You can draw a conclusion that a cave man who drew those drawings had chosen the place for his home because in its garden almost everything is edible. Drawings will leave you breathless.

This monastery is one of the most important in Boka Bay because of its historical value and rich treasury that is open for visitors.

After visiting the monastery, we drive just a few minutes and arrive to the Old Town Herceg Novi. We take two hours of break to explore this amazing Old Town with arboretum-park and its beautiful promenade. Old Town Herceg Novi is not so big, but it is very interesting and completely different from the Old Town Kotor and the Old Town Budva. (Read more about Herceg Novi HERE)
Arrival in Herceg Novi at 13:00 ....Visiting Old Town Herceg Novi 90 minutes
This Old town has more flowers than any other old town in Montenegro. There are varieties of tropical fruits that grow inside the city walls such as banana, orange, kiwi, etc. Herceg Novi is the sunniest city in Montenegro and the city with a special atmosphere.
After we explore Old Town, we will go down to the promenade and the city marina (port) where sailing regattas are often organized. We recommend you to take a walk down the Topla promenade, because it is a wonderful symbiosis of architecture, greenery and coastline of Herceg Novi Bay.
From Herceg Novi we are heading back to Kamenari to board on a ferry and cross to another side of the bay. A ferry ride lasts 15 minutes to Lepetane from where we are going to Tivat, that is 5 km away.In last 5 years Tivat has become famous among celebrities and very rich people from all around the world thanks to the new marina on the Adriatic coastline named Porto Montenegro.
(Read more about Tivat HERE)

This marina was been built up for mega yachts and luxury sailing boats and today, Porto Montenegro, is the most luxurious marina on the Adriatic coastline. We will make a short walk through the marina, and give you the opportunity to check some of the luxury stories, perhaps make some shopping or to try excellent cakes in a pastry shop or sushi in Japanese restaurants. If neither of that, you can enjoy the view of luxury ships from all around the world.
After visiting Porto Montenegro, we drive to the Luštica peninsula, passing beside natural salt fields called Solila, from where the road takes us over the village Radovići. On our way to Radovići we will take a short photo stop of this part of Boka Bay, known as Tivat Bay, with two beautiful islands (the Island of St. Marko and the Island Otok with the Franciscan monastery on it).
The road leads us further to Mirišta beach. The rocky coastline continues towards the open sea with several more bathing spots, past the smaller island with a recently restored 12th century orthodox monastery surrounded by defensive walls. Here we will make a break for swimming and give you the opportunity to visit the Fortress Arza. (Read more about Luštica HERE)

The view from this beach on the island Mamula (the islet with Austo-Hungarian Fortress), and of course the Prevlaka peninsula with the fortress that belongs to Croatia is pretty unique in the world.
